We are the Technology, Adaptation, Coordination, and Training in Interdependent Complex Systems (TACTICS) Lab. We are an Industrial-Organizational (I/O) laboratory at the University of South Florida. We conduct research on teams, human-AI teams, technological adaptations in interdependent systems, and more!  Established in 2023, the TACTICS Lab emerged from a vision to explore and improve team dynamics within complex systems. Under the leadership of Daniel Griffin at the University of South Florida, the lab has projects related to the work of organizations such as NASA and the Army Research Institute.
